Avon Justine Incentive Competition: Terms and Conditions

 

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all participants (“Participants”) entering the incentive competition (“Incentive”) run by Avon Justine (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”), and by entering the Incentive, Participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1.2. The Incentive is open only to individuals who meet the participation criteria as defined in the official communication of the Incentive.

1.3. The Incentive shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008, and where applicable, local legislation in participating SADC and SACU member countries.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1. Participants must be active Representatives of Avon Justine at the time of entry and when results are determined.

2.2. Participants must be legal residents of South Africa, or any member country of the SADC (Southern African Development Community) or SACU (Southern African Customs Union) regions, subject to Avon Justine’s operational presence and ability to verify compliance in those countries.

2.3. Eligible countries include, but are not limited to:

•                     SADC countries: Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eswatini, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

•                     SACU countries: Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Namibia, and South Africa.

 

2.4. Only sales/orders placed and paid for within the qualifying period will be counted toward the incentive criteria.

2.5. All Participants must have valid identity or residence documentation as required by their respective local authorities.

 

 

3. Disqualification for Overdue Accounts

3.1. Any Participant whose account is overdue or in arrears at the time the final incentive results are pulled or verified will be automatically disqualified from receiving any prize.

3.2. “Overdue” is defined as any outstanding balance not paid within the stipulated credit terms set by Avon Justine or its appointed local agents, or older than the agreed repayment period as of the date of verification.

3.3. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to ensure their account is fully paid up by the end of the qualifying period and at the time of the final results audit.

 

4. Prize Allocation

4.1. Incentive winners will be determined based on the achievement of clearly communicated and measurable performance criteria during the qualifying period.

4.2. Results will be calculated by the 23rd of the month following the closing of the incentive, or as soon as reasonably possible after that date.

4.3. Avon Justine reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value should the original prize be unavailable.

4.4. Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise specified by Avon Justine in writing.

4.5. For cross-border prizes or travel, Participants must hold valid travel documents and comply with any regional legal, tax, or customs requirements.

 

5. Verification and Audit

5.1. Avon Justine reserves the right to verify all qualifying sales, payments, and participant eligibility before awarding any prizes.

5.2. Any false information, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Avon Justine shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred by any Participant arising from participation in the Incentive or use of any prize.

6.2. These Terms and Conditions do not limit any rights available to Participants under the applicable consumer protection laws in their country of residence.

 

7. General

7.1. Avon Justine reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, provided such changes do not conflict with applicable legislation.

7.2. In the event of any dispute, Avon Justine’s decision shall be final and binding.

7.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of South Africa and any other applicable regional legislation for Participants based outside of South Africa.

How the voucher code works: R500 voucher

 

1. The voucher amount will be offset against any purchase.

2. Should the value of the purchase be lower than the voucher amount, you will not receive any cash back

3. Should the value of the purchase be higher than the voucher value, then the difference can only be paid for in cash and or card.

4. The offer is for one time use only.

5. Only one voucher may be used per transaction.

5. The voucher is non-transferrable and may not be refunded nor exchanged for cash.

7. Patrons may only use the voucher at Checkers grocery stores within the Republic of South Africa.

How the voucher code works: R2500 voucher


1. This voucher can only be used at https://en-za.travelcredits.com/profile.php. 
Please note: Due to the PayPal payment gateway integration,
https://en-za.travelcredits.com/profile.php redirects to https://global.travelcredits.com/profile.php.


2. The voucher code is valid for three months upon receipt.

3. Customers need to use the Unique Code and PIN received via SMS to activate their travel credits.

4. The maximum amount of discount customers can get on their booking is up to R R2500.

5. The full allocation of travel credits needs to be spent within 3 years.

6. The vouchers cannot be stacked (i.e. only one voucher code can be used per booking).

7. The voucher is non-transferable and may not be refunded or exchanged for cash.

8. The voucher code is case-sensitive.

9. Select the payment method before attempting to insert the voucher code.

10. Vouchers cannot be used against current special offers and promotional offers.

11. The organizers do not guarantee any buy-back of any of the rewards given away in the promotion.

12. The reward cannot be exchanged or swapped.
